Yes, deposits are required to confirm appointments. Deposit amounts vary according to artists.

Please notify us at least 3 days before appointment date if you wish to reschedule. We will try our best to reschedule to the next earliest available date.

Avoid drinking alcohol the day before your appointment, have plenty of rest, and eat before you arrive. There is a water cooler in the studio, feel free to bring your water bottle to hydrate in between your session.

This varies based on each tattoo depending on complexity, design, and size.

As long as you follow our aftercare procedures, tattoos take around 2-4 weeks to heal. Please avoid swimming or tanning during the first 2 weeks after your sessions.

Please ask your respective artists if it will be ok to bring along another guest. We will try our best to accommodate additional guests, however it is dependent on how busy the studio is.

Kindly inform artists during consultation if you would like to request for numbing cream. Preference of numbing cream usage vary amongst artists.
